Katie is a beautiful dark red golden as you can see from the pictures above!  She is smart and has been easy to train!  She came to us in a round about way from Sungold Kennels. Someone who had purchased a pup from us previously, offered her to us and we took her. He was moving and couldn't keep both dogs.

She has some very strong hunting dogs in her background like Tangelo's Howdy Pardner who is the sire of Sungold Big Timber, Katie's sire.  Also Shurmark's Split Decision is in the background of Katie's pedigree which is a dog we have admired and also is in Starr's pedigree. 

Katie weighs 55 pounds and is 21 1/2 inches tall!
