Congratulations to Peg on earning her Started Title at Panhandle HRC's Test in Bridgeport, Nebraska on June 22, 2008!

Peg shows great desire in the field!  She loves retrieving and goes full blast into the water!

CONGRATULATIONS on Peg's first Started Pass on April 27, 2008 at Laramie Peak's Hunt test in Douglas, Wyoming.  Congratulations to Harry on passing Peg at Hidden Pines both days in started on June 7 and 8, 2008.  She got her SHR title on June 22, 2008 in Bridgeport, Nebraska!

She weighs 70 pounds and stands 22 inches tall making her our biggest and tallest female!

Peg belongs to my step dad but we co-own her, Harry who is 89 years old and what a guy to run her in a couple of those hunt tests this year!  Harry bought me my first golden, Roman, many years ago.  He has trained and taught obedience for many years in the past and accomplished some obedience titles along with judging Field trials.  He says goldens are the best from all of his experience in training and teaching.  Thus he helped us to start our journey with the golden retrievers.

Peg is a full sister to our Ace.  Both of her parents are in the HRC 500 point club,  and have HRCH titles! Her dam, Bridgett has her UH title and her sire, Payne has one Grand Pass.  Bridgett has accomplished her MH title this year which would make her a dual titled dog in AKC and UKC.  This is quite an accomplishment.  Bridgett is the first female golden retriever to hold the HRCH UH title and the MH title in Nebraska!

Peg would make an excellent hunting partner as she loves to retrieve and she is very athletic.  Although she is not trained professionally, Harry spends time with her day in and day out always working on training and makrs.  Her hips are rated Excellent by OFA and her elbows are normal.  Peg is already dual registered in AKC and UKC.  Has had her eyes and heart checked and cleared and is microchipped.  As you can see from above she is also a member of CHIC for clearance.  Click on the link to find out more about that and other dogs that are related to her.
