Stetson was out of Heldts Roman who was are very first golden.  Roman was the grand pup of FC AFC Right-On Dynamite John  and the great grand pup of AFC Holway Barty (http://www.topbrass-retrievers.com/barty.htm).   These were two great, fantastic dogs in their day.  Be sure to check out Barty's website. 

Stetson was Terrell's father.   We like to have his genetics in our dogs for several reasons.  One was his longevity in life and good health and another was his great pedigree not to mention his excellent temperament.  

He had free roam of our yard and never left the place.  He loved to greet everybody when they come.  

Stetson you are very much missed!
