Shooter

Shooter is one of our incredible and beautiful up-and-coming Striker males! He is out of our Ladybug and frozen semen from our late, 1500 point earning, phenomenal, award-winning, hunting retriever champion and upland hunter champion HRCH UHCH HELDT’S MR STRIKE 3 YOUR OUT. With Striker as his dad, his wonderful lineage is sure to shine bright through his future puppies, just like much of our other litters with super impressive backgrounds!

Shooter’s beautiful, darker red coat is only bested by its softness and his adorably handsome face! His face shape is really starting to get more blockier, like his dad. He is currently on the smaller end for Golden Retriever males, but he may have a little more filling out to do as he grows.

Shooter has found a best friend in his beloved pal, Maverick. Those two are inseparable buddies who get along so well upstairs in the house! They always do a good job of accompanying you on the couch, bed, floor, or by the dining table as a duo. Shooter also gets along lovingly well with all the other males in the house, often playing with his littermate, Jagger, who lives downstairs. He makes a great friend to any new dog or puppy, and even the cats and small kids!

When it comes to retrieving bumpers, Shooter is an absolute natural and fully on board! He was quickly able to take to his dad’s specialty, showing off the intelligence of both his sire and dam. He really could retrieve bumpers for hours on end, where he loves to show off, listens quite well, and smiles the whole time. He is an absolute delight to be around, bringing immense personality and an uplifting spirit to every occasion!

He really gets a kick out of getting a good ear and back scratching. You will commonly find him lying on the floor watching the front door and window, or simply relaxing and waiting for more friends and company to show up. The ‘Y Bones’ are his favorite toy behind the bumpers he gets thrown, as he spends plenty of time playing with them in the living room or his boy, Clayton’s, room. Nothing can quite make your day like the incredible and kind smile Shooter brings to greet you. He is a marvelous addition to our family!

With his wonderful temperament, lineage, and beautiful looks, I know he will make a great sire to some phenomenal puppies. We are so excited for all the future puppies Shooter will help bring!
